If you need to cancel an appointment, it would be appreciated if you could give at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation charge of 50% on stand-alone treatments or loss of a treatment if you are on a course. Refunds are not given under any circumstances once you have received your first 2 treatments of your course.
